VirTra miss-action/inaction, poor transparency remains their anchor!

Anything is possible. If they choose to step-up, they should step-up; in all manner of ways and finally need do those things necessary in entirety, with transparency, vision, commitment and resolve. Endless dabbling squanders potential.
