EDIG should pull in enough money to keep hobbling along as they have since 2008 only less so. Patent trolling is what they do and they have made a fine living for themselves and the lawyers.

Somehow folks do not seem to realize that anybody can file a lawsuit. Of course a totally meritless lawsuit risks legal rebuke however tech patents are just complicated enough to make that unlikely and that is why they are fertile ground for patent trolling. If EDIG had anything truly innovative in NUNCHI they would have had partners back in the fall of 2011 when they IMPLIED they would. Maybe if they even had a working prototype which they seemed to IMPLY (well maybe they actually said they did) they already had years ago at a shareholder meeting when they said they all had NUNCHI working on their phones....oh never mind PLUTO! oh never mind WATER THINGEE!

The fact is it costs tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend against EDIGs patent trolling and eventually upwards of a million if it goes close to a trial date. If EDIG is saying buy a license for $50k or so many companies make a business decision and buy a license to save more legal costs. Not because they think they are guilty but because it is less expensive.
