BREAKING DOWN BUT NOT YET FULLY BROKEN

Either a daily low of 1.40 OR a close at 1.47 or lower will fulfill my current criterion for a breakdown. Since the price level is volatility dependent (ATR 20) that level can change but does so rather slowly.

OBV is also nearing a sell signal but that's of secondary importance unless volume increases. One or more consecutive lower closes on total volume in excess 116,000 shares would be required for an OBV sell.

A daily of >= 1.75 is needed for a bullish repreive. This seems unlikely but if it occurs the picture reverts to bullish on a short-term basis.
