That reminds me of the "treasure on deck.....

in 30 days" claims made over two years ago. Or the "we don't need another permit per Kyle" that a lender posted.

Yesterday's hearing was dismissed w/out prejudice and it was shown Kyle LIED but the Judge dismissed it as a mistake. We can read all about it when we get the transcript.

You know who wasn't there. Volentine.

Why?

His claim was he can not afford the plane fair to Florida.

So is he going to continue to pay Mr. Kidd thousands of dollars on a dismissed case.... Hmmmmmm.

I highly doubt it.

The Defendant offered little testimony, correct? Why pay for air FARE if you don't have to?

Is Fudd and Huffy mad because this attempt to win because he can't foot the bill tactic not working?

Now how did we get there yesterday? KK (Not Bruce K. Klein) and Huffy devised a scheme in the summer of 2015 along with Gregg using Facebook private messages from an unproven source who appears to not want to testify and called them Ihub posts. Filed it as a "criminal complaint" with the Court (before Judge Foster plead GULITY and stepped down) in an attempt to put the Defendant in jail. One lender was even predicting JAIL would occur around April 1st.

Instead the new Judge ruled at the April 7th hearing that the "civil complaint" would result in a watered down version of the Injunction (only false post.....not any post) with a $2500 per "false post" sanction going forward. The Defendant can post here NOW if he wants, but Kyle is still crying saying he's not suppose to post period, which the Judge already laughed at.

The Judge went further yesterday and said another watered down version of the Injunction might be proper if the Defendant brought a motion, but I'm not sure that's even needed. The evidence they presented in Exhibit A wouldn't meet the threshold the Judge set, so that might be a waste of time.

We'll see what happens, but I think the Judge won't tolerate any more "mistakes" by KK Fudd and Huffman, but these two "bad hombres" might try anything.

There's suppose to be a hearing on the attorney fees. In the "criminal complaint" they were seeking $5000 as I recall, but I think Huffy was willing to take $500 at the April hearing and the Defendant said NO.

GL with that to Huffy, but I think SFRX shareholders will foot that bill as well as all the others, which I'm sure he's fine with.
