I think you give Brian Weber, ceo scammer way to much credit. Weber is not the smart mastermind criminal you make him out to be. Weber was arrested years ago for tax evasion. Sent to trial and found guilty. He narrowly avoided prison . Smart criminals don't get picked up for tax evasion. Recently Weber was charged federally with four charges . One of the charges was intent to defraud I believe. Very serious charges strong possibility of prison time here for Brian Weber. Sly smart sophisticated criminals don't let that happen . The question is why has Brian Weber not been charged by the SEC yet? It basically boils down to incompetence by the federal government. Feds are completely incompetent which we all can see and most of us probably can agree. The evidence is out there to charge Weber With running a penny stock pump and dump scam. But only the federal government can charge him. Keep in mind with his other federal charges,the investigation was conducted by state and local government. Thats why he was charged . With the SEC,the investigation has to be done by the feds . Local authorities have no jurisdiction which is why you see no charges as of yet . But I still bet my bottom dollar Brian Weber spends a couple years in prison for other unrelated crimes. Most stemming around defrauding and scamming people . He is no mastermind. He is a hillbilly loser bottom feeder piece of shit criminal there is a strong possibly he will spend 2017 in prison . I mean the guy has four active charges. Please stop giving him credit for being some smart cunning sophisticated criminal.
