the Motion was dismissed w/out prejudice, which means it's not dismissed forever.

Nothing is ever dismissed forever in a civil case. I mean Attorney's will try a case that was dismissed over and over as long as you pay them.

Kyle did have shareholders, family, friends there at the courtroom. He did so because he was 100% sure he was going to win because he and everyone that personally knows him, knows he is truthful.

His claim was he can not afford the plane fair to Florida.

So is he going to continue to pay Mr. Kidd thousands of dollars on a dismissed case.... Hmmmmmm.

I am sure he is now trying to come up with motions to file to delay the upcoming judgment of attorneys fees that

KYLE WAS PROVEN TRUTHFUL

SO NOW VOLENTINE HAS TO PAY SFRX ATTORNEY FEES. AS WELL AS HIS OWN.
