Lets get real here..... Bill and Melinda Gates and the others took shares at 1.14.

Then our new partner comes in and is taking shares at 1.40. That wasn't an arbitrary number. That number was based on metrics going forward that was put together by the finance team of the buyer....

So indubitably, undoubtedly, beyond question, beyond doubt, indisputably, undeniably, irrefutably, incontestably, incontrovertibly,for certain,for sure, definitely, the stock is worth 1.40. There is no "artificially support". Period!
