So the SEC admitted that CDNL is indeed a scam and to stay away and one day after more people give KJ there money SEC will aventully shut down CDNL. Are we talking next week, one month, 5 months, 10 years. And if the SEC knows this is a scam why are they aiding in the scam by not putting a hold or shutting it down?

Are you sure the SEC did not just tell you that they know CDNL is past due?
