You guys crack me up. Your idea of due diligence is blind faith in the BS contained in press releases issued by the crooks running this company. Here are a few key questions you should be asking before investing a DIME in this outfit:

1. What was RJM and Associates annual revenue before it was acquired by Grid Petroleum?

2. What is the "intellectual property" that was acquired from RJM and Associates REALLY worth? $6M for a 10 year old product line that's dying on the vine is a real stretch.

3. How many qualified engineers does SIML employ who have the skills necessary to develop products that address the "emerging AR/VR market"?

4. How well is the current SIML sales distribution network positioned to address the "emerging AR/VR market"?

5. Who is Donna Murtaugh anyway? What is her REAL role, and what does she bring to the table that justifies a salary equal to the key executives of the company?
