NVC and the idiots running it are ringing some bells with me, but I cannot recall where I saw them before. I do recall another group of Nigerian scammers in Texas (Dallas?) that were involved with mining. Or maybe it was the same group.

And I think it might have had some connection to that wacky HRH Weems guy. I wonder how he's doing these days with his Kingdom of David scam/cult?
