Let's just say you are right someone is artificially supporting this over 1 to get rid of the delisting concern. Well even if it immediately drops after that it doesn't go right back into delistment warning status. It may take months before NASDAQ sends a warning and the clock starts ticking again and even if that happens we'd have about a year to get back in compliance. That's a long time for them to work everything out and that is the worst case scenario.
