I witnessed the epic pump and dump revolving around the Section 3(a)(10) exemption hijacking with IJJP and five other public companies involved.

All are in shambles now, as nothing actually existed except a massive amount of shares issued for forward looking MJ operations, all portrayed as "bona fide" debt owed under federal law which allows this exemption to exist in the first place.

IJJP is a real doozy. This stock is as fraudulent as any of the penny market crap stocks out there.

In this case I do not think "Tic Toc" applies to a viable trading strategy of a garbage fraud security, if one is so inclined.
