Why would they with all of debt to take on? Why wouldn't a company buy a ticker without the debt or create a new one? Seems like that would make more fiscal business sense to me. At least that's what I would do if I was still making management decisions. Wouldn't you? Or would you buy the debt and make the climb to profitability more difficult? See what I mean about business decisions? When you really look at things realistically, DKAM isn't an attractive purchase. But it does still have potential to earn for the current owner(s) until delisted.
