I say make a deal reverse merger or some sorts with Stemcentrx ...announce some big money backing deal with Peter Thiel backings and maybe Mike Kope and Steve Worsley can hash something out that would then prep the new company (Stemcentrx + Peregrine ) to be able to bring in the big bidders to buy 50% of the combined new company

Small biotechs never run on retail alone and with Thiels friends a deal could be formed quickly and with Garnick and his money in Stemcentrx he would make more fortunes

So many ways this could play out
