The judge told Mr. Kidd he could possibly file a motion to try to protect Volentine back because HUFFMAN IS COMING FOR HIM AND ALL DAMAGES.

That's good news. I was hoping they weren't just going to say, we won, we got the Injunction, nothing further, as has been suggested.

My sources tell me there were some interested spectators in the court room and the Motion was dismissed w/out prejudice, which means it's not dismissed forever. So Kyle wasn't proven truthful, as you claim.

I am sure someone can twist this final motion that the judge suggested Mr. Kidd can have but it was 5:00 and the JUDGE was tired of hearing about this bull crap case.

We can read the transcript in a few days and see for ourselves. But I don't think Kyle's LIES to lenders was at issue today. That can be discussed when Huffy Puffy goes after the Unsophisticated Individual.
