"stockpr.com" is not the CDNL website."stockpr.com" is a 3rd party website which provides information on many public companies.

I would never trust the due diligence of anyone who doesn't know the difference between a company's official website and an unaffiliated news aggregator website.

The press release does say "anticipates" (and not 'promises'). The NT 10-K filing made on March 31, 2016 also says "anticipates". The competence of the CDNL CEO being 6+ months incorrect on his "anticipation" of a completely standard filing is up to investors to decide.
