Barrence, this was what Delgado posted on FB. It is the "GDSI FB page" that anyone can access. Delgado could be referring to anything at all.
It may be about the company's long overdue financials or filings, any event needing an 8-K (positive or negative), the SEC litigation status, etc.

It seems odd that the CEO of GDSI is posting as a visitor rather than as Global Digital Solutions, Inc.
