Company induced uncertainty...Markets HATE uncertainty. Markets reacting!

Messing with the share structure and voting rights caused concern to many shareholders. And reverse penny stock splits without immediate up-listing are always a bad idea. Add to that a ticker change, normal brokerage-delayed updating of shareholder account information and a price decline. The resulting negative perception of investment continues to erode investor confidence, providing even more shareholder uncertainty. Need some new investors or news soon.

Actions have consequences.
