There is only a ROFR signed between EPGL and JNJ... nothing more...

If there was any kind of a joint R&D agreement signed, I am ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that EPGL would have PRed and Tweeted it... which they have not!

I think most investors are smart enough to realize that without said agreement, there is no joint R&D going on...
