Vasker and cronies dumped unregistered shares.

The reason I ask is that in 2000 Jason's permanently barred T/A father --Robert Bogutski (from whose property Signature Transfer currently operates from)-- was cited in a SEC action which stated-->

Robert Bogutski was named in yet another SEC action in 2000 which stated "It would have been difficult for an issuer to effectuate the distribution of a massive amount of unregistered securities without help from an accommodating transfer agent.
