Your first thought clearly fits. As to the settlement, you cannot ignore it. Fill out the appropriate info on the claim, and you will be rewarded approximately .04 per share for your losses.

As to this stock and its believers, you see how much it trades on a daily basis. If it was anything BUT a scam, the funds people and everyone else would be fully loaded.

As for the phantom 'shorts'...the stock trades at a maximum of .01 from time to time. For goodness sakes, no idiot would risk so much in order to squeeze literally the last penny from this turnip.
