Just a convertible debt cycle-

This POS isn't "going big" or "going anywhere", LOL !!

Pull up any chart and look at when it makes EVERY NEW ALL TIME LOW its ever made. ALWAYS is followed by the dilution MM's, market makers (BMAK, CDEL, etc all the "usual" suspects) clearing 100%, way, way off the Ask for a day or two.

When a dilution crusher/lender like Magna puts in a new ALL, ALL TIME LOW like this AM (it hit .00160 first thing this AM, the RECORD LOW on this pile), it then takes those toxic, convertible debt lenders a few days to call up or fax or whatever they do when asking USRM to "give us our STEEPLY DISCOUNTED SHARES" and then get electronic delivery of their steeply discounted, free trading shares, delivered to them by USRM.

Watch and learn. They'll bury this POS like a shovel ready project in less than a day or two, usually a week at the most- like they've done for 2 plus years now. This is nothing more than the typical little sucker's mini-pump, they run every post new low period, like clockwork. AS reliable as the sun coming up tomorrow AM.

Most of these sucker, mini-pump spike-ups like this, one can buy in at the spike like right now, and by one or two hours later, won't be able to unload or get out w/ less than a 30% or more MAJOR LOSS, as the Bid will have rapidly had the rug ripped right out from under it. It's done it dozens and dozens of times- going back how ever far one want to look, at least since mid 2010.

The common shares have lost approx 90% in just the past SHORT TIME OF approx 45 days alone, faster than one could spit. Just a whole new set of bagholders about to be made today- and then the toxic lender(s) Magna or Fourth Man or Daniel James will get their dilution shares delivered to them, and step back down on this like crushing a bug on their shoe.

Again, pull up ANY chart...3 month, 6 month..1 yr....2 years...the pattern is like more reliable than a Swiss Watch.
