Technically, yes, but for a steady stream of investors who may or may not decide to purchase over the next few months, a large percentage of them will be turned away within minutes bases solely on the A/S. Tucking those away and out of sight until conversion ready (hopefully with a leak out agreement) would do wonders to spark renewed interest here. GLTY
