Unless Evada Aircraft (holder of restricted 12.5b) knows their common shares could hold the same value whether they were converted to preferred or not.. anyone that's done a little research knows the float is likely less than 2 billion and with the technology and international connections there's no reason a rare stock like this couldn't run to multiple pennies.. (MYD* ran to .05 after raising their A/S to 10b)
