Gut feeling,chart, dilution. Can you be more specific?

I've been in this game for 45 years, almost 20 online. The major shareholders care about their investment here. They are not kids with chump change. They have very deep pockets and it looks to me they'll support the PPS above a dollar. That's always a big plus....
