When to buy and sell?

This is not just a board for traders..

some prefer to accumulate a speculative biotech at "cheap" prices..
and then monitor trial progress.. with the hope of either selling just
before trial results (taking some risk off) or holding
for the results.

CTIX has so many drugs in its portfolio (in ongoing trials) AND the
trial record has been so good thus far.. that some see this "investment"
as a buy and hold even beyond the typical "sell on good trial results"
scenario.

Play it anyway you like.. (I guess you could say everyone has the question
of when to buy and sell).. but for some charts have very little to do with
the decision.
