I hear you we are waiting a very long time for BSEG to pull their share price up. If you feel such a way I understand why you are wanting to exit in any way possible.

I personally think this "story" will have a happy ending in due course.

And with the whole capital markets comment, while maybe true BSEG may not know capital markets right now, I'm sure when BSEG is ready management will find a proper investor relation firm, and start marketing the stock more.
