Better question since few penny stocks crooks go to jail is. Why has Sec not shut them down from trading. They have more false PR's and 2 huge r/s then most I've seen closed down. This one is such a fraud how does it still trade? All they have to do is look at all the PR's total lies vs actual results. After first r/s if Sec did their job would have saved many more victims. Instead they did MJ scam and dumped billions more before 2nd r/s. All the preferred shareholders are crooks. All CEO's have been one of them lead by Joe Canouse.
