Joey & Morgan have been here for years, Matt got the boot and Joey & Morgan were still in on all the poor Mergers & Acquisitions, Chill, Dilution, Lawsuit, Cayman.....when Joey & Morgan took over we were at .02 and when Joey moved on we were at .002 90% loss.

I believe the BOD will give President nice Golden Parachute just like Joey and who would BOD make CEO again and tell us when Annual Meeting will happen.
