if they dilute now they actually hurt themselves (their own options/holdings) and face lawsuits from shareholders because we all know other options are in front of them...


No grounds for a lawsuit jake. The BOD got the votes needed as reported at the ASM. IMO, your statements suggest a r/s would be in the best interest moving forward....if nothing changes between now and April. Access to cash (expansion) would be large and in their complete control. Things could change very quickly as BP interest has to be picking up. A successful and profitable Avid business makes the decision to partner or buy out PPHM much easier.
