No not really. In Joe's case, he had 24 months remaining on his contract. Morgan's contract ends. CBAI owes him nothing, just will not renew his contract.This also indicates to me that changes will happen 3/17, they need someone to run the company day to day, or a sale or merger is anticipated at that point or soon after.
