Why doesn't Kallo go the the export development bank in Canada for funding for this venture?
Foreign companies with Canadian operations seem to have no issues getting government loans when no work is being done in Canada. At least the trailers will be made in Ontario. They could/should have done the funding to build the hospitals, just like the Indian company did when they did an end run on Kallo. All the work would have been sub-contracted to Canadian companies.

Kallo BOD....you really need to get your act together!!!
