the entire platform needs to go to one home w/ a commitment to develop it across all areas and research data shared in house... assuming it works... the expanded value will be one scientist runs to the adjacent building and shares research.... that won't happen w/ different companies....

as far as milestones across indications, easy to structure...

as for avid, imagine sites in northeast or research triangle area and one in GB or EU and one in asia.... much better story than concentration in LA...
