No problem my friend, and hope you feel better soon. You are correct that they are part of the reason why we need an increase. As I sort of touched on in a different post, they always need enough so that all options/debt that can reasonably convert can convert.

So in other words, they have barely any actual shares in the company, just options waiting to convert. Many of them are at realistically attainable prices in the near future. It also seems like these were almost all issued between the increase to 10B and the increase to 12.5B since they are present on the 14c for the 12.5B. They, along with outstanding convertible debt, warrants, and other options would certainly require an increase to ensure that AS remaining covers the possible shares that could arise from conversion.
