Correct. Dilution is the Soup du Jour for this company which is the norm for small bios struggling with cash flow issues. Nothing new there. You will always have individuals who post meaningless misleading pump drivel to try to get people to buy into dilution. Nothing new there either.

GOVX is an interesting long term play here. Nothing more.
