BCCI is an incompetent scam, just another penny scam run by incompetents.
This stock is pumped by insiders who artificially run the price up & dump on unsuspecting investors. Basically it is a legalized form of theft & fraud.

I thought BCCI was different 3 yrs ago, but it turns out it is exactly what you expect from a penny stock. A scam that is rinsed & repeated as often as the insiders still make money from it.
