They have ZERO to do with FINRA. FINRA is an independent, not-for-profit organization authorized by Congress to protect America’s investors by making sure the securities industry operates fairly and honestly. ===> FACT

Regardless, even if you are sticking with the OTCBMarkets angle, where is the disclosure that Rick Shykora is no longer the CEO of the Company? Replacing the CEO is an obvious material event. You and others have been posting that he has been gone for weeks - if not months- well beyond the 4 day window you reference. ===> FACT
