Yes I know some don't think a 99.99% decrease in ERHC share price, 2.25 billion shares of dilution, 7 million in debt with no way to pay it, no BOD votes or AGMs in 4 long years, an IRS lien and not a word from management about any of this in over 6 months is failing. Unfortunately the market sees it otherwise.
