I have always heard that for a public company to be successful the CEO should act as unprofessional as possible.

I find it very odd that the lack of professionalism gives you confidence in the the company and CEO.

The next quarterly report is due November 14th - I guess we will see if Kimmy paid the TCA note due on October 5th.
