Has the Q been dropped - the answer is no - ergo Hofmeister hasn't filed the court documents with FINRA.

When he files with FINRA, the equity interest will be cancelled and the ticker will be delisted.

The SEC warning about investing in Q stocks - many investors are fooled by the stock still trading - and that is exactly what happened here.
