Ed worked with David R. Morris, who is Certified in Estate, Trusts and Probate planning. Mr. Morris is scheduled to be examined in the TCA debt collection process.

Team Maciora failed to prove these same claims in a Federal Court. A case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court.

Maciora is trying to bring the same issues back to court through a debt collection process. He has stated TCA has read his Federal Court Case. Seems strange, doesn't it?
