That is unequivocally an untrue statement. I don't know where the company stands now but owned shares back when the stock ran from .0014 to .03 before creditors and shorters drove it back down to .0020 prior to the reverse split.

I work in NYC and around the time of it's advertised release I have bought Vitamin fizz right off the retail shelf from more than one Deli in semi opulent midtown Manhattan on a couple of different occasions just to try the different flavors. Again, I have no idea where it stands at this point in reference to either stock or product as I no longer have any stock in the company so stopped following it. But to say it "never was" is an absolutely fabricated false statement.
