They have a sweet location right in the heart of Midtown NYC...not sure about the other locations here in the city, but since the real estate here has gotten so crazy, whether they own the property or have secured long-term leases, there's pent up value which will be of interest to some of those bidders.

I can't say it enough, I love the opportunity to accumulate without having this get away from me. Grabbed a few more Friday and planning for an additional buy tomorrow.
