My opinion is just that, it is my opinion. I see red flags for breathtec because most see that this is the same device that can do more than test for thc thus the "future potential". They are both good ideas but what I see as an investor is double dipping by the promoters and cannibalizing of the original product to pursue its potential for another purpose. I am not a lawyer and just because they might get away with it doesn't make it right. This could have been the Cannabix breathalyzer for drug and disease detection without underwriting a new company and all the free shares and warrants that the promoters will scoop. jmho, glta and dyodd
