Been off the gird for awhile and now I see the R/S announcement.

Given they had to do this I don't think Pascoe is a crook or there is necessarily anything wrong at this point. The question I'm pondering is why now as opposed to end of November? Could be they want a stock PPS well above $1 before the November announcements.

I'm going to put in a stop somewhere on Monday however just case there is more heavy selling. Many micro caps have followed this same pattern of authorizing shares, selling cheap shares to investors, R/S, warrants, etc. so they company can continue operations. In some cases the higher PPS is an temporary opportunity for insiders and significant investors to begin selling off their holdings. We shall see.

I might even double down IF the share price stabilizes or goes up a bit from here. Anyway you slice this APRI is, and continues to be, highly speculative.
