Lazy,Thank You for the in Depth Explanation,it was greatly appreciated. I must say I was a little embarrassed to have missed that, but you as always Politely sidestep my Mistakes (LOL)and answered the the Question I posed. The amount of shares in one Punch still stuns me though as they went a Year and a Half with nothing( while Fogassa routinely received Share compensation) then BAM,554 Million a piece all at once. I wonder though,is the Reason no Form 4's have been filed maybe a clue into something else? I would think,looking at it,that the Shares the Two Directors received ( over 1.1 Billion total) necessitated the 2.5 Billion A/S increase,did it not?
