How do you think that Terry Johnson - prior
CPA for BRWC - had his license revoked by
the SEC?


The SEC conducted its own Audit and review
of Terry Johnson's Audits - for several Companies -
and when his Audits were determined to be
fraudulent the SEC ordered Terry Johnson to pay
the SEC's cost of its investigation.


If Francine has not hired an Auditor by the
Hearing Date - and informs the Court she has
no funds to hire an Auditor - the JUDGE can
ask why she does not use the $ 150,000 she
just received.


I think shareholders should inform JUDGE PATIL
of how much $ money they have lost due to the
fraudulent UAE deal - which was dragged out over
7 months in multiple news releases.
