Many don't understand how public companies like DECN work...they seem to think it's a playground of sorts.

The problem seems to be some in the Public arena can't Handle the Truth.

They want to live in some other type of universe where they get to make up the rules.

They shouldn't use the public's money if they don't want accountability or have to play according to the rules.

For example,If DECN has a "Distribution Arm"(Full Circle LLC),there's no way a Company employee can be "rewarded" or enriched that way. That's like a CEO owning a LLC that directly benefits from the Company's efforts....it's wrong.
