I was being sarcastic about the preferred its always better to have none. But my point was u clean things up and things tend to have no zest after a pump.In the otc a stock can become dormant after run on insider pumps. dilution pumps CD conversion pumps. When u take those away what do u have. This went asleep. Until next pump. Gl
