Oh I can appreciate its not about me - that's why I asked you when??? - that maybe you can answer that question of when??? - but my 13 cents shares are not exactly depressed......and I've bought shares in the 20's as well. So if one bought shares at .13 - it most certainly does help one's average become lower if its 23. But that obviously is one's own personal decision whether to buy, sell or hold.

So asking WHEN!!!!!!! - without answerING it yourself - is what is DEPRESSING.
